CRYPTO CZAR criticizes a sec in the midst of a lawsuit to shoot, calls for a clearer rules

There is a legal battle between the Ripple Labs Labs for more than four years of Ripple Labs, the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), withdrawing the sharp criticism of Ripple’s executive director, Brad Garlinghouse and other Kiptovalut leaders. As the case continues, Garlinghouse and key figures such as lawyer John Deaton have repeatedly sought more clearly, more consistent regulations of US laws and regulators, especially sec.

Garlinghouse was loudly criticized by President Sec’s, Gary Gensler, claiming that the lack of clear agency rules created an unpredictable environment for the crypto company. He, along with other figures in the industry, expressed frustration because of what they see as an unjust implementation and failure of the DIP to provide clear guidelines on crypto operations.

However, it seems that the main shifts after changing political leadership in the United States, after the election of President Donald Trump, have expressed optimism in the cryptum space that the regulatory landscape could become more favorable. In recent development, David Sacks, a newly appointed crypto emperor, commented on the issue, revealing that many founders entrusted to him the need for clear rules from Washington.

During his remarks, Sacks explained that many were desperate in the crypto area for regulatory clarity. “Over the last few years, the founders have repeatedly told me that the number one thing is a need for clarity,” he said. “They just want to know what the rules of the road are so that they can comply with.” But instead, he said that the industry faced four years of arbitrary criminal prosecution, where Second would not tell the founders rules, but still faced legal proceedings.

As Ripple is still going on, many hope that the Government will take the necessary steps to provide clear guidelines that the industry has sought.
